• Most items sold by Tabshi Designs are custom-made and personalized based on the information provided by the customer.
   
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as production may begin immediately.
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, sizes, etc.) are accurate before submitting an order.
   

• Any previews, mockups, or proofs (if provided) must be reviewed carefully.
   
• Approval confirms that all details are correct. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
   

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
   

• Processing times vary depending on the item and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
   
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
   
• Tabshi Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
   

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted.
   
• We will offer a replacement if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
   
• Issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
   
• We are not responsible for customer-provided personalization errors or minor variations inherent to handmade/custom items.
   

• All designs, images, text, and content created by Tabshi Designs are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
   
• Personalized designs created for customers are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
   

• Tabshi Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages or injury arising from the use of our products.
   
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
   

• Customer information is used solely to fulfill orders and communicate about purchases.
   
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to complete your order (e.g., shipping providers).
